The Henderson Dentist

What’s the difference between dentures and All-on-X implants?

Traditional dentures rest on top of your gums and rely on suction or adhesive to stay in place. While they’re an affordable way to replace missing teeth, they can sometimes shift or feel less stable when eating or speaking.

All-on-X implants, on the other hand, use a small number of dental implants (usually 4–6 per arch) to permanently anchor a full set of teeth. They don’t come out, don’t move, and feel incredibly natural — allowing you to eat, smile, and speak with total confidence.

Dr. Wilson uses 3D imaging and digitally guided surgery to plan each case precisely, giving you a secure, long-lasting, and beautiful result that truly feels like your own teeth.
