Dr. Brittany Wilson

Dr. Wilson, a Colorado native, received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and her doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her desire to move back west brought her to Nevada for her residency program. Dr. Wilson has been in practice for over a decade and is highly trained in dental implants as well as a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She is certified in BOTOX® and PRF injections which have both lasting skin and mouth benefits. With her constant desire to learn safe and cutting-edge techniques, she is viewed by her colleagues as an emerging leader in innovative dentistry practices.

Dr. Wilson is committed to offering her patients superior oral health, facial aesthetics, and pain relief, which are all part of her personalized treatment plan. With a strong belief in building up from the foundation, her office also offers teeth cleaning services. Dr. Wilson is trained in sedation, bone grafting, and laser dentistry, offering her patients a full-service experience. Her honest and respectful approach has earned her a reputation as one of the best dentists in the Henderson area. Her vast knowledge and personalized care ensure a positive dental experience with a safe outcome every time.

When Dr. Wilson isn’t in the office, she loves spending much of her time outdoors in the warm weather of Nevada with her dog, Hewey. She can also be found hiking, paddle boarding, and enjoying all the great outdoors has to offer.

Dr. Tammy Sarles

Dr. Tammy Sarles brings more than 13 years of private practice experience and a deep passion for dentistry that is evident in every patient interaction. She earned her degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry—an achievement held by only a select group of dentists worldwide. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Kois Center alumna. Her precision, attention to detail, and compassionate approach help ensure outstanding results and a positive patient experience.

Michelle Goldsmith

Registered Dental Hygienist

Michelle is a proud Las Vegas native who has always had a passion for service and healthcare. After graduating from high school, she joined the United States Army, where she served for five and a half years as a military police officer. Following her military service, Michelle returned to Las Vegas and worked in the hotel industry as a Sales Manager for meetings and conventions.

In 2011, Michelle reconnected with her now-husband, whom she met during her time in the Army. They moved to Colorado and then South Carolina, where they raised their two children. Once her children were older, Michelle pursued her dream of entering the healthcare field. She attended Midlands Technical College in South Carolina, earning both an Associate in Science and an Associate in Dental Hygiene.

Michelle returned to Las Vegas in 2021 and is thrilled to call it home once again. As a hygienist, she is dedicated to educating her patients about the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being. Michelle’s empathetic approach ensures that each patient feels comfortable and understood during their visit. She aims to provide valuable insights and knowledge with every appointment.

When she’s not at the office, Michelle loves spending time with her family, mountain biking, running, hiking, and playing with her two labradoodles, Baxter and Gracie. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.

Doris Ortez

Office Manager

Doris brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field to The Henderson Dentist, and she’s the friendly face who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from California, Doris has called Las Vegas home for the past 7 years. As a bilingual team member who speaks Spanish, she’s proud to help all our patients feel welcome and understood.

Doris is passionate about helping patients achieve their dental goals and is our go-to expert when it comes to navigating insurance questions. Her knowledge, dedication, and caring nature make her an essential part of our team. When she’s not at the office, Doris loves spending time at the lake with her family and grilling up delicious BBQs.

Elaine De La Cruz

Treatment Care Coordinator

Elaine was born in the Philippines and raised in Guam before moving to Las Vegas with her husband and son in 2000. She has been working in the dental field since 2005 and is passionate about providing exceptional care and building lasting relationships with patients. As a dental treatment coordinator, Elaine finds joy in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of throughout their dental journey.

Outside of work, Elaine enjoys camping, archery, crafting, and spending quality time with her family and their two doodles.

Maddie Levine

Dental Assistant

Maddie is an integral part of our team at The Henderson Dentist, known for her enthusiasm and dedication to patient care. Originally from California, Maddie moved to Las Vegas four months ago and has quickly embraced the city’s vibrant lifestyle.

As an aspiring dentist, Maddie’s passion for dentistry shines through in everything she does. She is committed to helping patients feel confident and comfortable with their smiles, creating an environment where they leave the office feeling empowered and cared for.

Outside of work, Maddie is an avid runner and active member of two local running clubs. She also loves exploring Las Vegas’s diverse coffee scene, combining her passion for fitness with her love of a great cup of coffee.

Dental Assistant

We’re thrilled to introduce Iris, our talented new dental assistant at The Henderson Dentist! With three years of experience in the dental field, Iris is no stranger to creating positive experiences for patients. She’s excited to be back on Dr. Wilson’s team, continuing her passion for helping others.

Originally from Cuba, Iris has called Las Vegas home for the past nine years. Fluent in Spanish, she loves connecting with patients from all backgrounds. Iris is also currently studying to become a dental hygienist, driven by her dedication to making patients feel comfortable and cared for.

When she’s not at the office, Iris enjoys staying active by working out and spending quality time with her adorable dog, Sushi. Her favorite part of dentistry? Helping people and bringing kindness to those who feel anxious about visiting the dentist.

Certified Therapy Dog & Official Comfort Ambassador

Mocha is our warm-hearted, certified therapy dog and one of the most beloved members of The Henderson Dentist team. With her gentle demeanor and calming presence, she helps patients feel more relaxed, supported, and comfortable during their dental visits.

Mocha completed formal therapy-dog training and loves her job—whether she’s greeting patients in the lobby, offering soft snuggles during a procedure, or simply bringing joy to the office. Her favorite things include chin scratches, laying at your feet during treatment, and making nervous patients smile.
