Dr. Wilson, a Colorado native, received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and her doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her desire to move back west brought her to Nevada for her residency program. Dr. Wilson has been in practice for over a decade and is highly trained in dental implants as well as a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She is certified in BOTOX® and PRF injections which have both lasting skin and mouth benefits. With her constant desire to learn safe and cutting-edge techniques, she is viewed by her colleagues as an emerging leader in innovative dentistry practices.

Dr. Wilson is committed to offering her patients superior oral health, facial aesthetics, and pain relief, which are all part of her personalized treatment plan. With a strong belief in building up from the foundation, her office also offers teeth cleaning services. Dr. Wilson is trained in sedation, bone grafting, and laser dentistry, offering her patients a full-service experience. When Dr. Wilson isn’t in the office, she loves spending much of her time outdoors in the warm weather of Nevada with her dog, Hewey. She can also be found hiking, paddle boarding, and enjoying all the great outdoors has to offer.

Michelle Goldsmith

Michelle is a proud Las Vegas native who has always had a passion for service and healthcare. After graduating from high school, she joined the United States Army, where she served for five and a half years as a military police officer. Following her military service, Michelle returned to Las Vegas and worked in the hotel industry as a Sales Manager for meetings and conventions.

In 2011, Michelle reconnected with her now-husband, whom she met during her time in the Army. They moved to Colorado and then South Carolina, where they raised their two children. Once her children were older, Michelle pursued her dream of entering the healthcare field. She attended Midlands Technical College in South Carolina, earning both an Associate in Science and an Associate in Dental Hygiene.

Michelle returned to Las Vegas in 2021 and is thrilled to call it home once again. As a hygienist, she is dedicated to educating her patients about the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being. Michelle’s empathetic approach ensures that each patient feels comfortable and understood during their visit. She aims to provide valuable insights and knowledge with every appointment.

When she’s not at the office, Michelle loves spending time with her family, mountain biking, running, hiking, and playing with her two labradoodles, Baxter and Gracie. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.

Dr. Tammy Sarles brings more than 13 years of private practice experience and a deep passion for dentistry that is evident in every patient interaction. She earned her degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry—an achievement held by only a select group of dentists worldwide. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Kois Center alumna. Her precision, attention to detail, and compassionate approach help ensure outstanding results and a positive patient experience.
